Who are we?
Leading Business with Heart (LBWH) is business coaching for small business owners, designed to empower you as business owner to develop your business with professionalism, integrity and to connect your personal and professional goals. 

How does LBWH work?
LBWH tailors business coaching programs to your specific needs, recognising that your business is unique. With planning and development your business can really bloom. LBWH will assist you in key areas, including understanding customer needs and expectations, marketing and promotional strategies, leadership skills and team development.

What is Clear Direction?
Clear Direction involves assessing how things currently work in all areas of your business and then creating an action plan on key areas, including:

• Assessing your customers
• Products/services offered
• Marketing and promotion
• Staffing situation
• Business planning

Clear Direction is offered as part of a package or as an individual service.  Each Clear Direction will consist of information gathering by you the business owner and analysis.  An action plan with key areas to work on will be produced from the results.

How long will it take?
This varies according to each client.  There are no set time frames.  Each client works at their own individual pace and each business situation is different, therefore the actions required will also be unique to each client. Actions are broken down into smaller tasks to help you get them completed, moving you and your business forward.

How do I get started?
Contact Rebecca to book your FREE one hour initial consultation where we will discuss your business situation and needs.  Our first meeting with you is obligation free and is an opportunity to discuss any issues you may have in a relaxed and informal manner.

After our initial consultation, we will submit a proposal on the areas to be developed. You can read about out packages in the How we do it section.
