How we do it

We start with a Heart to Heart; a one hour consultation taking us straight to the heart of your business to ensure LBWH is the right fit for your business coaching needs. Our first meeting with you is obligation free; we will discuss any issues you may have in a relaxed and informal manner.

We then put forward a proposal and, once agreed, we begin the process of working together to grow your business. As each client is unique the time to complete the process will vary.

We have regular face-to-face meetings, either fortnightly or monthly (as agreed in the proposal) with tasks for you to complete in between our meetings. You will receive additional support via phone and emails to help keep you on track.

Packages

LBWH has 4 packages to choose from; or we can tailor a package to suit your business needs.

All packages include face to face meetings, email and phone support, along with preparation time.

The Heart of the Matter is the perfect package to explore an exciting new business idea. We start with a feasibility study on your business idea which is an essential first step to making your business a success.

An add-on option of three additional sessions is available to complete your business plan once the business feasibility has been established, ensuring your business a magnificent lift off!

Heart Rhythm is a nurturing package to provide ongoing support to maintain a healthy business heart. It consists of regular monthly coaching, bringing you clarity in the day to day running of your business.

Coaching is a cost-effective way to keep you on your path to achieving your goals whilst developing your personal skills and business performance. It offers insights and techniques to improve your business activities, educating and empowering you to make the daily decisions that help grow a strong healthy business heart along with your bottom line.
